Your questions, answered.

  • First impressions sell homes. Staging helps buyers emotionally connect with a space the moment they see it online or walk through the door. Professionally styled properties consistently attract more interest, spend less time on the market, and achieve stronger sale prices. It's one of the most cost-effective investments a vendor can make before going to market.

  • Not necessarily — but most of our clients choose a complete staging package, and for good reason. A fully staged home presents a cohesive, move-in-ready feel that helps buyers picture themselves living in every part of the space. Partial staging works well in the right circumstances, but if budget allows, a complete style gives your property the best possible chance of a strong result.

  • Unfortunately not. Our insurance requires the property to be vacant during the hire period. This also protects the condition of the furniture and ensures the home stays presentation-ready throughout the campaign.

  • We require a 25% deposit at the time of your booking.

50% of the total fee payable two weeks before installation.

The remaining 25% total fee payable within three business days prior to your installation date.

Full payment of the invoice must be made 3 clear business days prior to an install or upon receipt of invoice that has been made within less than 10 business days of installation.

  • Our standard hire period is six weeks, which covers the duration of a typical sales campaign.

  • Yes, extensions are available for an additional fee. If you think you might need longer, let us know at the time of booking and we'll work something out with you.

  • Installation is typically completed in a single day. The exact timing depends on the size of the property and the scope of the staging, but we work closely with your agent to schedule around photography dates and open for inspections so there are no surprises on either end.
